Help! My card has been lost or stolen!
Call (636) 940-8740 during normal bank hours if your card is lost or stolen. For help outside of those hours, call 1-866-546-8273.
*Checking account and debit card required for Scorecard Rewards program. Minimum balance to open a checking account is $100.00. Some checking accounts may require a minimum balance to avoid a service charge. Debit card purchases must be processed as credit to receive points. One point is earned for every $2 purchase with signature based transactions. Beginning February 1, 2017, earned ScoreCard points will be available for redemption for 48 months before they expire. Your points will accrue for 48 months and can be found on your monthly statement.
